After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Seattle University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hans joined Seattle-based value investment fund, Steelhead Partners, as an industry analyst.  Hans went on to join The Sienna Group in 2006 where he served as the lead analyst on target acquisitions across retail, financial, and business services sectors.

In 2008, Hans received a Master’s in Business Administration from Seattle University, graduating with cum laude honors. Hans spends his free time playing athletics and with his family.
