Kelly Allison,
CPA
Chief Financial
Officer
Kelly has overseen the financial affairs of
investment advisors and real estate businesses for over 15
years. Immediately before joining The Sienna Group in 2009,
she spent four years as a Vice President and Portfolio
Controller with a large institutional real estate investment
advisor in Seattle.
For the previous seven years, Kelly was the Chief
Financial Officer for a high net worth family - managing all
financial aspects of the family’s real estate portfolio,
including acquisition, development, financing, property
management, and dispositions - after working four years as the
CFO and Controller for a $350 million (assets) privately-owned
real estate company.
Kelly received a BA, cum laude, in
accounting from the University of Puget Sound in 1991, and an
MS degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1995.
Kelly is a licensed CPA in the State of
Washington
