Sienna is structured as a holding company supported by an impressive group of value-add shareholder-partners who provide a stable and supportive base of capital. We chose this structure because we believe it is the most powerful way to create value – focusing on a few core partner companies as opposed to a portfolio of investments, making decisions based on what is right for a company long-term and avoiding the drag of tax and transaction costs associated with selling companies for short-term gain.

We are long-term investors.

Our partners are never pressured to deliver short-term results at the expense of creating sustainable long-term performance. We prefer conservative capital structures that allow management to focus on the business as opposed to the balance sheet.
